You accept that no other security or bond shall be needed in relation to such an injunction.

If, in any case, you find a fare that is lower than your current itinerary for the exact time, date and itinerary, then we will cancel your existing booking and give you a full refund or the difference in fares within 24 hours of initial booking.
To claim the refund, users need to share the required documentation with us via email, so that we can verify whether all the information pertaining to the fare, class of service, name of the airline, origin & final destination, time & date of travel, and other information are same as provided by you originally ad available for online booking. We are also required to verify your documents to ensure that it meets the requirement of our Price Match Policy (PMC).

These details should be the same, and the itinerary must be available at the time of the claim.
All the claims and requests, including the receipt of any claim under PMC, are subject to verification by TripChef. If there is no evidence found of the low-cost ticket claim, we will not entertain any kind of claim. We have the sole right not to entertain any request that we believe is the result of a printing or other error that occurred due to bad faith.
Once the verification is completed, www.tripchef.com will refund all the difference in the amount of price within 7-10 days approximately.
TripChef solely has the right in its sole prudence to terminate or make amendments in the Price Match Guarantee for any or any reason, at any time, without any liability to you. We also have the right to restrict its availability to any user without any prior notice. Whether you are eligible for PMC or not will be determined by the terms & conditions that are applicable to your booking. However, if you own a coupon, it will not get affected by any modification in the Price Match Guarantee offer.
